To ensure customer satisfaction, we provide a robust returning policy for all our products. If delivered product is not up to your expectations or has any defects, you may return it within 15 days of receiving it. But you will need to pay the shipping fee to return it back to us and we will refund your money.

Never send your products back to the label shown in the shipping package

Refundable Products (if possible): We have a policy of accepting return requests of products bought at original prices. Sadly, we cannot refund the products which are on sale.

As mentioned earlier, you have to pay the shipment fee to return your package as we cannot refund the shipment cost. We will take away the shipping cost from your refund price. The time a product takes to reach vary depending upon where do you live. To return back products having a price of more than $75, you ought to use a shipping service to track or purchase a shipping insurance to confirm that it will reach us. As cannot guarantee if we receive your returned product.
