Which modes of payment to use?

You can use all types of card/debit card payments including Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, and American Express, etc. to buy products online from our website.

How should I track my package?

We will email a tracking number to you when your order is confirmed and shipped.  You can use that number to track your package online at any time. Often these automated emails into the spam folder, so check your spam folder if you haven’t received the tracking number. How should I Return my Package? When will I receive a Refund?

We take around 5-10 working days to process refund requests once we receive back the packages. To fulfill the eligibility criteria, the returning product should be undamaged and unused and also in the original packaging as per our policies. In short, they must be in a re-saleable condition.

When will an item be back in stock?

We are committed to re-stock all products as early as possible to help our customers out. But some items are seasonal so sadly, there is a chance they might be out of stock for some time of the year.

Processing Time of Order

We generally take around 5 working days to process and ship your package. However, this timeframe may change during the holiday season or any other unexpected situation.

After how long will I receive my package?

For the majority of countries, the order will be delivered to your doorstep in 2-4 weeks. For some countries, it might be a bit more depending upon courier services. Refund policy

We have a refund policy for all our products to ensure customer satisfaction. We take responsibility for all the packages delivered. So, if you are not satisfied with your package, or it is broken or faulty, you can return them for a replacement or refund within 15 days after receiving them.
